We are currently recruiting for a talented and driven Hospitality Chef de Partie to join a professional kitchen team within a prestigious corporate (B&I) environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef looking to work in a high-quality, Monday-to-Friday role with a strong work-life balance.

Hospitality Chef De Partie Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm (including a break). You will be required to work 2-3 evenings per week paid as overtime (finishing between 8pm-9pm). All overtime paid at time and a half (£21.78) you will be required to work 8 hours per week overtime which brings your salary up to £43,062. Immediate start available in Central London.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for delivering high-end hospitality and event catering, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation at all times. The kitchen produces a diverse, modern menu with a focus on Japanese and European eclectic cuisine, offering plenty of scope for creativity and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:
