An ambitious and growing premium pub & dining group is entering an exciting phase of expansion and as such are looking to grow their team. They are now seeking a talented and driven Head Chef to lead one of their established, quality-led West London sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, professional kitchen leader to take full ownership of a fresh-food operation, inspire a high-performing brigade, and play a key role within a business continuing to expand.

The Role: You will lead the kitchen with energy, consistency, and professionalism, delivering a delicious, seasonal menu built around fresh ingredients and modern British pub dining.

  • Driving standards and consistency across a fresh food menu
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a motivated kitchen team
  • Managing GP, stock control, and kitchen financial performance
  • Overseeing recruitment, rotas, and training
  • Ensuring full compliance with food safety and health & safety standards
  • Working collaboratively with senior leadership

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have proven experience as a Head Chef within a fresh-food environment
  • Thrive in a premium pub or quality casual dining setting
  • Be commercially aware and confident managing kitchen costs

The Package:

  • £55,000 - £60,000 inclusive of tronc
  • £9,000 - £10,000 performance-related annual bonus
  • 5 days over 7 working pattern (including evenings & weekends)
