We are seeking skilled Chefs to work as casuals in high-end fine-dining kitchens in Canary Wharf and the City. The working hours are Monday to Friday, with the option to work evenings and weekends if you want additional hours. You will work in various kitchens, including hospitality kitchens and executive and director dining.

Remuneration:

  • Hourly Paid Chef De Partie Minimum £17.14 Per Hour (£19.21 Per Hour Inclusive of Holiday)
  • Senior Chef De Partie £18.00 (£20.17 Per Hour Inclusive of Holiday)

Times of Work:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours: 7/8 am till 3/4 pm or 11 am till 20.00
  • Evening Functions
  • Some Sites will have Doubles for Evening functions
  • Weekend and/or Evening work also available with our events team

What Corporate Hospitality, Directors Dining, and Fine Dining Kitchen Work Involves:

  • Prepare and serve fine dining dishes to a high standard.
  • Manage your own section, ensuring smooth service during busy times.
  • Uphold food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards consistently.
  • Keep kitchen areas clean, organised, and compliant.

Experience and Requirements:

  • Relevant Chef Experience at Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie Level
  • Minimum 2 years experience needed for a 2AA Rosette Level or 1 Michelin Star
  • Varied Section Experience Required
  • Licence/Certifications: Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
  • Allergen Training - Certificate
  • Your own Presentable chef whites, hat, apron, knives, and full back steel-toe cap safety shoes
  • Right to Work in the UK
