The Role
- Working closely with the General Manager, you'll be instrumental in launching the business and creating a culture centred around exceptional guest experiences.
- You'll lead from the front, inspire the front‑of‑house team, drive standards and ensure every guest receives warm, professional and memorable service.

About You
You’ll ideally have
- Experience as a Deputy Manager or an experienced Assistant Manager looking for the next step
- A background in premium pubs, restaurants or boutique hotels
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Confidence leading busy services while maintaining high standards
- A hands‑on approach with plenty of energy and personality

- Supporting the General Manager in the day‑to‑day operation of the business
