Head Chef, Independent Michelin Bib Italian Restaurant, London, £60,000 package I am currently looking for a strong and experienced Head Chef to join this fantastic independent group of Michelin Bib Italian Restaurants. The restaurants are well known for their small well-balanced menus offering modern innovative freshly made pasta at great prices. They offer great progression opportunities within the group as they aim to acquire more openings in the future. As Head Chef, you will be expected to oversea all sections of the kitchen, train junior team members and work closely with the Group Exec Chef during service to ensure all food leave the kitchen on time and to the standards required. You will have experience in all aspects of kitchen management working in a structured / process led business using platforms for ordering, stock control, rotas and wage cost.
