They are seeking a talented and driven Head Chef to lead one of their established, quality-led West London sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, professional kitchen leader to take full ownership of a fresh-food operation, inspire a high-performing brigade, and play a key role within a business continuing to expand.
The Role:
- Lead the kitchen with energy, consistency, and professionalism, delivering a delicious, seasonal menu built around fresh ingredients and modern British pub dining.
- Drive standards and consistency across a fresh food menu.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a motivated kitchen team.
- Manage GP, stock control, and kitchen financial performance.
- Oversee recruitment, rotas, and training.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety and health & safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have proven experience as a Head Chef within a fresh-food environment.
- Thrive in a premium pub or quality casual dining setting.
- Be commercially aware and confident managing kitchen costs.
- Lead from the front and set high standards.

The Package:
- £55,000 - £60,000 inclusive of tronc.
