Full-Time No home office possible

£55,000 – £65,000 + £11,000 Annual Bonus (Inclusive of Tronc)

This opportunity offers the chance to lead one of their beautiful, characterful pubs located across West London , each known for its strong community following, quality food and drink offering, and warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Our client is seeking a driven, hands‑on and commercially minded General Manager with a genuine passion for hospitality and a proven track record of leading successful pub operations. This role provides real autonomy and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing and supportive business.

Proven experience as a General Manager within a premium, food‑led pub or gastro pub environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop high‑performing teams
Excellent commercial acumen, including P&L management, labour control, stock management and achieving KPIs
A guest‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering consistently high standards of service
