£45,000£50,000 + bonus | 45 hours | Overtime paid hourly A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Floor Manager to join a highly regarded 2 AA Rosette gastro pub and dining room in South West London. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being on the floor, leading a team and delivering exceptional service in a busy, high-quality environment. The role: Take ownership of the day-to-day floor operation Lead and develop the front-of-house team Deliver polished, attentive service across the dining room and pub Build strong relationships with a discerning clientele Work closely with the GM and senior team to maintain high standards Be hands-on and visible throughout service Help drive the guest experience and commercial performance Work across a 50/50 wet and dry operation Were looking for someone who: Has experience in a quality restaurant, gastro pub or similar operation Is confident leading a team in a busy service environment Has excellent knowledge of food, wine and service Is comfortable looking after a discerning clientele Leads from the front and enjoys being hands-on Has personality, energy and a genuine passion for hospitality Wants to be part of a venue with a strong reputation for food and service Whats on offer: £45,000£50,000 + bonus 45-hour week Overtime paid hourly 2 AA Rosette dining operation A senior position within an established management team A professional but personable working environment Opportunity to make a real impact on the floor and guest experience TPBN1_UKCT
