  • Prepare modern British dishes to 2 AA Rosette standard.
  • Use best quality produce to build plates.
  • Support all kitchen sections and ensure consistent delivery.
  • Contribute own culinary ideas to the menu.
  • Operate in a fast‑paced, high‑standard environment.

Qualifications

  • Required experience as a Chef De Partie or equivalent kitchen role.
  • Full‑time commitment, 40 hours per week.
  • Available for immediate trials.
  • Salary: £32,445 per annum, plus an average service charge of £6,000.
