Host Staffing are recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a busy and well-regarded fresh food venue in Berkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate chef looking for a better work/life balance whilst still working with quality ingredients in a professional kitchen environment.
The Role
- You'll be working as part of an established kitchen brigade preparing and delivering high-quality dishes to consistent standards.
- Supporting service, maintaining excellent hygiene standards, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
- The kitchen focuses on quality fresh food, teamwork, consistency, and high operational standards.
Work Schedule
- 45 hours per week
- 4 days out of 7 on a rota basis
- Typical operating hours between 9am - 10pm
- One-hour break provided each shift
- Proper staff meals provided during breaks
- As food is served throughout the day, break times will vary depending on business levels and service

- Base Salary: £32,214.55
- Tronc: circa £6,000 per year
