Beautiful Countryside Gastro Pub - £48K Package - Hampshire (SP11)

4 days on / 4 days off rota (including evenings and weekends)

Own transport required due to rural location.

We are recruiting for an exceptional Sous Chef opportunity in a stunning countryside setting. This is a fantastic role for a passionate and ambitious Sous Chef who loves working with high-quality, seasonal ingredients and takes real pride in delivering beautifully executed dishes in a refined yet relaxed environment.

You will be working to a high standard of cookery under the mentorship of an excellent Head Chef with a background at Michelin and 3 Rosette level, offering a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills further.

The Package

  • £40,000 salary
  • Approximately £8,000 tronc share per year
  • 48 hours per week
  • 4 days on / 4 days off rota (including evenings and weekends)

The Role

Working closely with a talented Head Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. This is a hands-on position requiring strong leadership skills, consistency, and a genuine passion for quality produce.
