Key Responsibilities:- Running your own section during service
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily prep and service
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation
- Assisting with stock control and minimising waste
- Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen team members
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
- Passion for fresh, seasonal British produce
