This role involves hosting engaging live sessions for several hours daily, demonstrating products, explaining fragrance notes, addressing viewer questions, and guiding customers to complete their purchases.
- Host TikTok Live sessions for approximately 4-6 hours per day.
- Present and demonstrate Velixir fragrance products effectively.
- Articulate scent profiles, performance, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Engage viewers actively and maintain an entertaining live atmosphere.
- Respond to customer questions clearly and professionally.
- Provide personalized fragrance recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Employ effective sales techniques to boost TikTok Shop conversions.
- Promote special offers, product bundles, and limited-stock items.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to experiment with new live-selling strategies.
- Monitor common inquiries, gather customer feedback, and track live performance metrics. Possesses confidence, enthusiasm, and comfort speaking on camera.
- Demonstrates strong communication and sales acumen.
