We are looking for an experienced, confident, and organised Senior Receptionist to lead our reception operation. This is a key role within the management team, responsible for running a busy reservations book, leading the reception team, and ensuring a seamless guest experience throughout service. As Senior Receptionist, you will:
- Take ownership of the reservations book during busy services
- Manage reservations, guest enquiries, walk‑ins, and special requests
- Use reservation systems such as SevenRooms, OpenTable, or similar platforms
- Lead, support, and motivate the reception team
- Coordinate seating plans with management to maximise service flow and guest experience
- Handle VIP guests and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Maintain reception standards, stock control, and daily administrative tasks
You’ll have:
- Previous experience in a senior reception or reservations role within hospitality
- Experience managing a busy reservations book
- Strong knowledge of SevenRooms, OpenTable, or similar systems
- Experience leading a team in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
