The Ivy Asia St Paul’s is seeking an experienced Senior Receptionist to lead our reception operation. You will own the reservations book during busy service, oversee guest enquiries, walk-ins and VIP requests, and ensure a seamless guest experience throughout service.
As part of the management team, you will lead, support, and motivate the reception staff, coordinate seating with management, and uphold high standards of hospitality.
