Are you passionate about service delivery and making guests feel welcome?
As a Receptionist in our fine dining restaurant, you will be the face of the restaurant and ensure guests feel welcome, and attended to. You will use the Sevenrooms reservation system to check and update bookings, coordinating the seating arrangements and communicating with the Front of House team for a smooth operation.
You should be confident, clear communication and comfortable being on your feet for a considerable time.
You should have a positive attitude and willing to work within the team.
The role reports to Senior Management.
