- Using Seven Rooms to maximise restaurant capacity
- Menu and table plan printing
- Supporting the restaurant team to turn tables
- Reporting any problems to the relevant manager
- Passion for drinks, hospitality and guest experience
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Flexibility and a willingness to help build something from the ground up
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in a similar environment desirable but not essential
