We are looking for a friendly, confident, and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our dynamic and supportive team.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play an essential role in creating a warm, professional, and memorable first impression while ensuring the reception runs smoothly throughout service., As a Receptionist, you'll ensure every guest receives a warm, genuine, and professional welcome from the moment they arrive.

You'll manage reservations, answer guest enquiries, and work closely with the restaurant team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Welcoming guests with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.
  • Managing reservations and guest enquiries in person, over the phone, and online.
  • Coordinating seating plans with the restaurant team to maximise the guest experience.
  • Maintaining an organised and welcoming reception area.
  • Assisting guests with any requests or questions throughout their visit.
  • Supporting the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

You have a passion for hospitality and enjoy making people feel welcome.

You're organised, approachable, and thrive in a busy environment while maintaining a calm and professional manner.

You’ll have
