Responsibilities

  • You will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
  • Managing reservations, seating plans, and guest flow to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

  • Ensuring guests are seated promptly and their needs are communicated effectively to the Front of House team.

  • Maintaining a well-presented and organised reception area at all times.

Qualifications
