Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Guest Services Executives in the absence of a manager on duty.
  • Train and develop the Guest Experience Host Team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, contractors and visitors.
  • Deliver memorable service at every stage of the guest journey, from initial reservation to checkout.
  • Support the Guest Experience Manager to ensure consistent high standards across Housekeeping and Maintenance teams.
  • Respond to and act on guest reviews in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Previous management experience within hospitality (hotels, student living, hostels, build-to-rent accommodation, or broader hospitality sectors).
  • Strong people manager capable of collaborating and networking with teams both virtually and in person.
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable with tech‑based resolutions and interactions.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable with a can‑do attitude.
  • English proficiency – Advanced.

Location & Work Flexibility
