For eleven years (and our owner for over twenty) Pritchard and Ure has been dedicated without fail and with the utmost integrity to sourcing from suppliers that share our passion and dedication to food produced with ethics, fairness, quality and sustainability in mind. We have dedicated ourselves to creating a space and experience for the enjoyment of this joyous and pleasurable side of a vast food and hospitality industry whilst paying respect to the many people that are hidden in the production of the food we eat. We exist to respect and showcase these people. Without ego we do this day in and day out.
More than any skill or experience you may have, we are looking for passion and desire to make a difference to people's lives. We truly believe that restaurants have a role to play in changing the food system and that at the same time make our own lives richer and we partner with people that believe this too and we wish for our team to feel this too.
