As a Host/Hostess, you'll be an important part of creating the atmosphere and driving business. You'll welcome and engage with guests, encourage high-street footfall into the restaurant, assist with table service and confidently upsell selected products. We're looking for someone who understands hospitality, presentation and sales - someone who can make guests feel special while also helping maximise revenue.
We're looking for a confident, elegant and professional Host/Hostess to join our team for Friday & Saturday late-night shifts, finishing at 3:00 AM.,
- Confident, friendly and engaging personality
- Elegant and professional presentation
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to approach and attract guests from the high street into the restaurant
- Natural ability to make guests feel welcome and create a great first impression
- Comfortable with table service
- Strong upselling and sales skills
- Ability to promote and sell specific products
- Reliable, energetic and guest-focused
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, bars or nightlife is preferred
