Overview
The Quiz Master's (Games Host) mission is to create an extraordinary experience for our customers by offering a warm, fun, and energetic welcome, while actively contributing to additional sales. The Quiz Master works under the supervision of the Center Manager.
Responsibilities
- Welcome players with enthusiasm and energy.
- Contribute to revenue growth by systematically offering additional sales.
- Handle phone calls with the aim of improving the customer experience and increasing sales.
- Ensure the center is well maintained on a daily basis by complying with group standards and ensure the proper function of the rooms (maintenance, cleaning).
- Manage inventory and supplies.
- Brief players to immerse them in the Quiz Room universe.
- Monitor the smooth running of games remotely.
- Debrief the game with players and review their scores.
- Support the Center Manager with B2B requests when needed.
- Obtain 5-star reviews on Tripadvisor and Google and respond to customer reviews.
