As a Host / Hostess, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. You'll help set the tone for exceptional hospitality while working closely with the wider Front of House team. You will:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly, creating a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage reservations, bookings, and guest seating efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus when required.
- Maintain an organised and accurate table plan throughout service.
- Communicate effectively with the FOH teams to ensure smooth service.
- Monitor guest flow and manage waiting times professionally.
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Assist the FOH team during busy service periods wherever needed.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation at the reception desk.
- Help ensure every guest feels valued and well looked after throughout their visit.
Have at least 1-2 years' experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment. - Have a warm, friendly, and confident personality.
- Are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are organised, attentive to detail, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Hold the legal right to work in the UK.
