At HBS, we deliver world‑class live sports coverage to global audiences. We’re looking for a talented Producer to bring bold ideas to life and help turn them into unforgettable live and non‑live international broadcasts. Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for sport? At HBS, the Producer plays a central role in the Non‑Live Production team responsible for creative content for broadcast and digital platforms for Project B. This position requires creative autonomy and editorial judgement, contributing to the visual identity and storytelling.

The Producer will work closely with (Senior & Junior) Producers & Editors, to deliver high‑impact content across multiple formats – from promos to short‑form features and highlight clips – aligned with HBS's production standards. Please note, this role requires a minimum of 3 days a week in the office in Central London and international travel (including long‑term trips).

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and support on‑site filming in collaboration with production management
  • Provide creative input across all content
  • Set up and organise international shoots with local and international crews and on‑screen talent
  • Create assembly edits and work together with editors to deliver broadcast quality features
  • Contribute to pre‑production creative planning and on‑site delivery of features
  • Support the development and improvement of workflows across live and non‑live environments
  • Work alongside freelance production members for on‑site delivery while collaborating closely with on‑screen talent to develop and produce content
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years’ experience in producing (sports or documentary preferred)
  • Comprehensive understanding of basketball as a sport and its culture
  • Storytelling instincts and visual creativity
  • Coordinate a small team of Editors, Junior Producers and freelancers
  • Adobe Creative Cloud skills, especially Premiere Pro
  • Experience working on international sports events or in multi‑camera broadcast environments is a strong advantage
  • Understanding of file‑based workflows and remote collaboration tools is beneficial
  • Motivated, committed, and highly reliable under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines
  • Available for international travel
