Purpose of the job
As part of the production of football matches, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator responsible for organizing travel and accommodation for operational teams (production, technical, and editorial). You will be a key link between on-site teams and transport and accommodation providers, ensuring smooth and efficient travel arrangements that meet the specific constraints of sports production.
- Booking trains, flights, and rental vehicles
- Optimizing travel routes based on match locations and scheduling constraints
- Accommodation management: Selecting and booking hotels in line with team requirements and budget guidelines
- Coordinating arrivals and departures
- Daily coordination with operational teams: Gathering logistical requirements
- Managing last-minute changes (schedule adjustments, cancellations, emergencies)
- Coordination with service providers: Liaising with rail operators, airlines, car rental companies, and hotels
- Administrative follow-up: Maintaining travel tracking spreadsheets and reports
Key Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of French geography
- Strong understanding of transportation systems in France (rail, air, and road)
- Experience in logistics, travel management, or production coordination is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, booking systems)
