We provide world-class broadcast solutions for some of the world’s biggest sporting events, including the prestigious FIFA World Cup™, ensuring broadcasters worldwide can offer fans a unique and engaging viewing experience.
A great opportunity to join an international team where you’ll have real ownership of IT support within the hub while contributing to global IT initiatives. We’re looking for a proactive and curious IT Infrastructure & Support Coordinator to support our UK hub and ensure our corporate IT infrastructure runs smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on IT support, solving problems, and working independently. You will be the primary IT contact in the hub, supporting local users while collaborating with our global Infrastructure & Support team. Alongside day-to-day IT support, you’ll also help with event preparation, hardware setup, and occasional logistical support, so a flexible and practical mindset is key.
About the Role
- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to users via Zendesk and in person
- Support office IT services including networks, printers, mobile devices, and access systems
- Manage the end-user hardware lifecycle (deployment, maintenance, inventory, and renewals)
- Assist with IT setup and support for local events and projects
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 environments and workstation management (Intune, Autopilot)
- Maintain IT procedures and help onboard and train new employees on systems and hardware
- Provide updates to the Head of IT on tasks and local IT status
What makes a successful candidate?
- 2+ years of IT helpdesk or user support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Dell/HP laptops, and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot is a plus
- Comfortable working independently as the main IT contact in a hub environment
