The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

Here at Host and Stay we are always looking for dedicated and friendly people to clean and look after our portfolio of properties, helping our owners to maintain their high quality properties, and to ensure our guests receive the very best customer service whilst staying with us. This is a Zero Hour contract. Experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

To work with us we need you to be available on our main changeover days, which are Mondays, Fridays and Sundays with weekdays available too. It is essential that you drive and have access to your own vehicle as we travel between properties in our daily work - travel time is paid for this. Areas covered include - not exclusive to - Matlock, Bakewell, Brassington, Hidhan.

Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly cleaning the properties between guests. This includes but is not exclusive to hoovering, dusting, polishing, tidying.
  • The changing of linen between guests.
  • Ensuring and maintaining the presentation of houses for guests and owners.
  • Stock control of household basics/essentials.
  • Reporting any necessary maintenance issues or replacements.
  • Overlooking and managing the finer details unique to each property.

Requirements:

  • Full driving license and access to own vehicle to travel to properties (if you have a disability, we will explore reasonable adjustments with you).
  • Good team spirit.
  • An ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Ideally have availability on Mondays, Fridays and Sundays.
