Paint Shop / Valeter Manager 📍 Location: Stirling 💼 Type: Full-Time | Permanent 💷 Salary: Competitive (DOE) Hospo Talent are working on behalf of a long-standing client in the agricultural and plant machinery sector, who are currently seeking an experienced Paint Shop / Valeter Manager to lead their refurbishment and finishing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business with over 40 years of industry experience and a strong reputation for quality and service. About the Role: This is a hands-on management position, where you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the paint shop and valeting team. You’ll lead from the front, ensuring that all machines are refurbished, finished, and presented to the highest standard. You’ll manage staff, workflow, and quality checks, while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
