This is a high-impact role for an experienced sales leader ready to take full commercial ownership in a rapidly growing cosmetic and dental healthcare business. The upside is significant: with a 1% uncapped commission on all revenue (including team sales), the right candidate will earn Β£300,000+ in total compensation. You will join as a founding team member, working directly with the Head of Marketing and company leadership, with full autonomy to build a sales engine, shape service offerings, and grow your own team within the UK and Italy. We are looking for a hands-on Head of Sales to join HospitalOne, a fast-growing medical provider specialising in cosmetic and dental surgery for UK and Global patients.

  • Comfortable working in a lean, high-performance environment
  • 1% uncapped commission (on personal and team sales)
