Head of Sales Dental

This is a high-impact role for an experienced sales leader ready to take full commercial ownership in a rapidly growing cosmetic and dental healthcare business. The upside is significant: with a 1% uncapped commission on all revenue (including team sales), the right candidate will earn £300,000+ in total compensation. You\’ll join as a founding team member, working directly with the Head of Marketing and company leadership, with full autonomy to build a sales engine, shape service offerings, and grow your own team within the UK and Italy. Find leads and use your own network to drive revenue quickly
Develop and manage external sales agents and referral partners
Build a scalable sales structure and sales playbook
10+ years’ sales experience, including 5+ in healthcare or cosmetic sectors
~ Proven track record of managing £25m+ in sales revenue
~ CRM (HubSpot) fluency and strong organisational habits
~ Comfortable working in a lean, high-performance environment
~ 1% uncapped commission (on personal and team sales) E.g. £25m sales = £250k commission
