Location: London (Mon-Fri in office – Battersea) Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Medical Tourism / Healthcare Company Overview We are a leading medical tourism facilitator specialising in premium dental treatments at Hospital One, a state-of-the-art medical facility in Albania. We connect UK clients with world-class dental care, particularly specialising in cosmetic dentistry, including dental veneers, at exceptional value while maintaining the highest standards of care and safety. Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Dental Tourism Bookings Agent to join our growing team. This pivotal role involves managing the entire client journey from initial inquiry through to treatment booking, acting as the primary liaison between prospective patients and our dental specialists in Albania. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base while ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the booking process. Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Business Development Contact and qualify new leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs, expectations, and suitability for treatment Present treatment options, costs, and benefits of dental tourism with Hospital One Albania Maintain and update CRM systems with detailed client interactions and progress notes Follow up on inquiries and nurture prospects through the decision-making process Own our sales agent programme, recruitment and onboarding. Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their treatment journey Provide comprehensive information about procedures, particularly dental veneers and cosmetic dentistry Address client concerns, questions, and objections with professionalism and expertise Coordinate with medical teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated Consultation Booking & Coordination Schedule and confirm consultation appointments with dental specialists Coordinate virtual consultations and in-person meetings as required Manage appointment calendars and ensure optimal scheduling efficiency Send confirmation emails, treatment information, and pre-consultation materials Follow up post-consultation to discuss next steps and treatment plans Administrative Duties Prepare and send detailed treatment proposals and cost estimates Maintain accurate records of all client communications and bookings Generate regular reports on lead conversion rates and booking metrics Collaborate with marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and client confidentiality Maintaining records for sales agents and being the main point of contact.
