Hospitality2day are looking for experienced Hospitality Assistants to join our team. You will have the opportunity to join our thriving FOH team, where you will be part of ensuring exceptional service to several of our client sites across the City. You will be working within a premium Contract Catering setting including the staff restaurant, meeting and conference rooms, as well as supporting with high profile events. You will be working to the highest of standards, serving fresh food and beverages to an array of high profile clients. Working days are Monday to Friday and all shifts are ad-hoc; however, some roles have potential to go permanent.

Duties:

  • Ensure standards and client comfort are maintained at all times
  • Maintain good working relationships among the team and kitchen brigade
  • Keeping up to date with menu changes and ensuring knowledge is consistent and can be delivered to clients/customers accordingly
  • Consistently follow the correct standards and methods of service
  • Take orders and enter them appropriately into the POS system
  • Provide a friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times

What's needed:

  • Experience in fine dining or contract catering hospitality establishment
  • Passion for and excellent knowledge of food, beverage, and service
  • Committed to delivering an outstanding dining experience for clients
  • Ability to adapt and being able to work under pressure
  • Professionalism and engaging personality
  • Very good level of spoken English
