As the face behind fan experience, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every visitor leaves with lasting memories – whether they’re walking through the players\' tunnel, exploring historic memorabilia, or enjoying a guided tour led by expert hosts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the stadium tour and museum experience.
Oversee a team of tour guides, front-of-house staff, and volunteers.
Develop and implement tour content that aligns with the club’s brand, values, and history.
Coordinate group bookings, VIP experiences, and special events.
Monitor visitor satisfaction and feedback, continuously improving the guest journey.
Manage budgets, staffing rotas, training, and operational logistics.
Work closely with marketing, retail, and hospitality teams to enhance commercial performance.
Ensure full compliance with health & safety and safeguarding standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience in tourism, heritage, visitor attraction, or event operations – ideally in a sporting or cultural venue.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Commercial awareness and ability to drive ticket sales and revenue.
