We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Newton Abbot, supporting a portfolio of hospitality customers. This is a varied and customer-focused role where you will build strong relationships, ensure excellent service delivery, and identify opportunities to grow and develop accounts. You’ll play a key role in retaining customers while acting as their trusted partner within Elis.

Your Mission at Elis

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of hospitality customer accounts
  • Build strong, long-term relationships and act as the main point of contact
  • Drive customer retention through proactive account management
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand service offerings
  • Monitor account performance, analyse trends and provide insights
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver outstanding service
  • Resolve customer queries and issues quickly and effectively
  • Support pricing reviews and ensure commercial viability
