Your Mission at Elis: We are looking for an experienced HGV driver to cover a busy multi-drop route delivering to our Hospitality customers throughout the Greater London area. The role reports to our site in Merton, SW London. The role is full-time working an average of 40 hours per week. We operate a 6 on 2 off shift pattern (6am & 2pm start). Candidates must be able to commit to working at this time.
What will make you stand out?
- CAT C License Essential
- Driver CPC Essential
- Clean driving license preferred
- Needs to pass In-house driver assessment
- Tachograph Compliance essential
- Use of in cab telematics (Webfleet) and DVS equipment required
- The use of a handheld delivery & navigation device - GLAD
- The job is of a physical nature, delivering and collecting cages of linen and does involve some bag work at customers
- One year’s CAT C driving experience preferred
- Must be flexible – able to work any shift required, must be available to change shifts/routes with given notice, or work additional shifts depending on business requirements
- Hard working / can do approach and positive attitude essential
- Must be able to Communicate
