No Uniform is a design-led uniform brand working with some of the most exciting lifestyle and luxury hospitality businesses. We create uniforms that elevate brands, empower teams, and become part of the customer experience.
We are now looking for a Head of Business Development to grow our UK presence. The role will focus on:
- Winning new business across hospitality, lifestyle and luxury brands
- Building and activating a strong pipeline through your industry network
- Developing and executing a UK growth strategy
- Leading marketing and social media direction to support brand growth
- Managing relationships from initial introduction through to signed partnership
- Representing No Uniform within the hospitality and luxury community
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a strong network within luxury and lifestyle hospitality
- Has a proven track record of winning new business
- Is commercially driven and confident working at senior level
- Understands brand, design and the importance of presentation
- Is proactive, connected and relationship-led
What we offer:
- £70,000 base salary
- 2% uncapped commission on all sales you bring in
