Does working for a global, tech-focussed, innovative and fast-moving brand with great career progression potential sound like fun? We're looking for a highly technical and strategically strong Senior Cluster Revenue Manager to head up profit optimisation across a range of properties, whilst taking on a mentoring role to develop the team of Cluster Revenue Managers. You'll head up strategy for your properties, as well as the day-to-day revenue management, including overseeing distribution, reporting into the Head of Revenue. This role would suit a current multi-property revenue management professional who is actively invested in progressing to Head of Revenue very soon.

This senior revenue role combines strategic vision with strong execution. The successful candidate will drive business growth through effective revenue strategies in close partnership with the Head of Revenue. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder alignment skills are essential.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage revenue strategies across European, US, and future markets to optimise performance.
  • Own the revenue strategy for the assigned cluster of properties.
  • Provide hands-on support to the team and mentor revenue managers.
