Restaurant Manager central Leeds, new Launch

We are excited to be recruiting for Restaurant Manager for a Central Leeds restaurant set within a completely refurbished hundred bed hotel.

This is fantastic opportunity to join an experienced General Manager and work with the Sales Manager to launch this new concept of cuisine and restaurant.

The cuisine style with be high end dining experience for Mediterranean tapas with show cooking and complimented by drinks made from an experienced mixologist, the restaurant has its own opening at ground floor to the outside for the public to access.

The salary is 42-45K and start as soon as possible with the opening in June.

You will have a team of five to support you including:

Bar Manager

Assistant Restaurant/Bar Manager

Three supervisors

The General Manager of the hotel is looking for an inspiring candidate who can work closely with the Sales Manager on exposure using social media to launch the restaurant and to take it forward for promotions in the future.

you will need high end restaurant management experience for a busy restaurant in the Leeds area, be commercially minded and a strong manager of people.
