A day in the life of As Operations Manager you will create and implement standard operating procedures to be adhered to across all departments within the hotel Youll ensure performance is managed effectively at all levels and work with the Senior team to contribute to the overall strategic plan for the business, utilising all available opportunities to drive revenue and manage the overall running of the hotel in the GMs absence Youll monitor guest feedback and putting together an action plan that puts the customer experience first and foremost Youll work closely with Heads of Department to effectively recruit and develop their teams and ensure a culture of team engagement and service excellence is always adhered to. With the opportunity to deputise for the General Manager and create workforce plans, this role offers a fantastic senior step for those with aspirations of a General Manager position. Utilising their experience, the Operations Manager will also play a key role in levelling up the daily guest experience. What do we need from you?
