We are looking for a talented and passionateHead Chefto support the Exec Chef in the kitchen at a well-established Cafe, banqueting and private dining venue. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a reputable and friendly team who use fresh, seasonal produce and make a real impact in a thriving daytime venue.

Whats on offer?

• Salary:£35,000 – £37,500 per annum – hourly paid for every hour worked.
• Mainly day time hours – typically 1 or 2 evenings per week enjoy a great work-life balance

What were looking for:

• Previous experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a similar environment
• A passion for fresh food and creating high-quality dishes
• Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a small team
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and EHO requirements
• Ability to manage stock, suppliers, and kitchen budgets effectively
