This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role within our luxury hospitality offering, with a strong focus on the launch and success of our Yarlington Residences – a unique collection of luxury residences set within the Newt in Somerset estate. As Hospitality Sales Executive, you will drive revenue and occupancy across the estate, leading enquiries from first contact through to confirmation, while championing this exceptional new opening to a discerning, high-net-worth clientele. This is a consultative, relationship‑led role where storytelling, commercial instinct, and a passion for hospitality come together, giving you the opportunity to build lasting relationships, unlock new business, and bring the Yarlington Residences experience to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all enquiries from initial contact through costing, contracting and confirmation.
- Drive occupancy and revenue across the full calendar year.
- Identify and develop new business across leisure, corporate and MICE markets.
- Build and nurture relationships with HNW individuals, private offices, PAs and luxury travel advisors.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned to revenue targets.
- Lead discovery‑led sales conversations to truly understand client needs.
- Negotiate commercial terms while protecting margin and value.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline management and sales reporting.
