We are looking for a Retail Manager to work in a lovely, friendly Tea Shop who promotes Tea. This beautiful Tea House pays homage to the world of loose leaf tea and celebrates the whole ritual surrounding it. As Retail Manager you will have over 40 blends to offer and find the perfect blend to relax and enjoy in comfortable surroundings.
Responsibilities:
- Welcomes customers by determining their tea interests and needs.
- Sells tea and merchandise on display.
- Prepares tea or coffee and other treats.
- Generates revenues by attracting new customers; defining new and expanded services and products.
- Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
- Manage, lead and motivate the team.
