My Client is looking for a Deputy Manager to work in their friendly site in a lovely British coastal town. Food is served straight from the kitchen and crafted drinks poured at the bar every day of the week, as well as the perfect place for a getaway for 14 beautiful bedrooms.
Responsibilities
- Assist the GM with the day to day management of the business
- Back of House Reporting
- Train and Develop Team
- Drive service and maintain standards
- Seek innovative ways to drive trade
- Exceptional knowledge, passion & experience in a fresh food environment
- Function planning
- Ability to survive under pressure
