Are you tired of working unsociable shifts? A well-known company renowned for their quality and friendly service are seeking a Junior Sous Chef to permanently join their restaurant. With no evening shifts and Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and Easter Sunday off, you also receive a fair share of weekends off too. Salary: £24,000
Shift times: Straight with evenings off.
Contracted hours: 36 hours - 45 hours a week, plus paid overtime.

About you:
As Junior Sous Chef, you will work with the Sous Chef / Head Chef to ensure the day-to-day operation of the restaurant runs smoothly and customers are equally delighted by both our service and food. Other responsibilities include:
- Produce menus to a high standard
- Using food and cleaning order sheets
- Ensuring due diligence documents are accurate and up to date
- Overseeing the whole kitchen to cover the Head Chef on occasion
