Are you tired of working unsociable shifts? A well-known company renowned for their quality and friendly service are seeking a CDP (Chef de Partie) to permanently join their restaurant. With no evening shifts and Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Easter Sunday off, you also receive a fair share of weekends off too. This CDP position provides an excellent opportunity for you to do the job you love whilst maintaining a healthy work-life balance!

Salary: OTE £21,060

Shift times: Straights with evenings off.

Contracted hours: 36 hours - 45 hours a week, plus paid overtime.

Qualifications:

  • Able to produce fresh food to a high standard
  • Fantastic time keeping and enthusiasm whilst working
  • Understanding kitchen cleanliness and health and hygiene
  • Knowing how to stock rotate correctly with minimal wastage along with date labelling
  • Able to run multiple sections and assist with orders
  • Good communication and team player
  • Holding an NVQ Level 2 in Catering.
