Hello, I am currently recruiting a waiter/waitress for a fine dining restaurant based in Chelsea. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food & wine, curious and keen to learn. A hard worker who is also a team player and can inspire the rest of the team and who wants to further their career within hospitality. This is a great opportunity to grow professionally and be part of a talented restaurant team.
Responsibilities
- Confidently run a section in service, staying attentive to guests.
- Deliver high standards of hospitality and service.
- Table maintenance.
- Maintain excellent menu knowledge with allergen experience.
Experience & Skills
- Experience working as a waiter/waitress in busy restaurants for a minimum of 2 years.
- Good knowledge of food and wine, with a passion for expanding that knowledge.
- An eye for detail, with the ability to look ahead and pre-empt issues or challenges.
- A positive attitude and willingness to be flexible in helping all other departments.
- Punctual, reliable, diplomatic and calm under pressure.
- A great memory for names and faces.
- You will need to be an excellent communicator with great organisational skills.
