As a Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and contractors, providing professional reception and administration services. This role requires flexibility, including weekend and split shift work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming all visitors and ensuring they are promptly attended to.
  • Managing contractor sign-ins and sign-outs using appropriate forms.
  • Handling incoming calls and directing them as needed.
  • Keeping the reception area clean and presentable at all times.
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing post efficiently.

  • At least two years experience in a similar role is essential.

  • Confident, well-presented, and professional when interacting with customers.
