The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Bars & Restaurant Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations at The Villa. You’ll lead our restaurant and bar teams, ensuring exceptional service and smooth operations across the hotel, including weddings and banqueting events. From managing staffing rotas and maintaining compliance to driving service standards and operational efficiency, you’ll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for our guests.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing day-to-day operations of the hotel’s bars, restaurant, and banqueting facilities.
  • Leading, training, and motivating the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding service.
