Our clients include Stonegate, Boparan, Compass Group, Warner Hotels, Pret, Heineken, David Lloyd, Genting Casinos, The Ritz, Malmaison to name a few. Due to significant growth in 2025, we are hiring high-performance Account Executives at multiple levels to drive new logo acquisition.

This is a genuine opportunity to join an ambitious business with strong brand recognition in hospitality and major expansion plans across Care, Leisure, Entertainment, Attractions and Retail through the CLEAR initiative. Later this year we are launching 2 new products to market so we need great people to drive our ambition forward. The Role

This is a fully quota-carrying, individual contributor role with complete ownership of the sales cycle. You will:

  • Own and deliver against a defined revenue target
  • Prospect and build new logo pipeline
  • Run structured and engaging discovery conversations
  • Qualify opportunities using MEDPIC methodology
  • Multi-thread across HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations and Finance
  • Position ROI rather than applications
  • Close decisively and forecast accurately

You understand that deals are won in the discovery phase. You are curious, commercially astute and confident asking the questions that uncover real business impact. You build Champions and long‑term strategic relationships. Commission is uncapped and paid on invoiced revenue, with attractive accelerators for overperformance.

Evening events and hospitality functions are part of the role. We would also consider Manchester, Edinburgh and Glasgow based candidates.

Who You Are

You may come from SaaS, recruitment or job board background. You genuinely understand hospitality and the operational pressures that affect hiring, onboarding, labour cost, customer experience and profitability. You are:

  • Revenue-driven and comfortable owning a number
  • Process-oriented but relationship‑led
  • Confident with senior stakeholders
  • Disciplined in qualification and forecasting
  • Motivated by performance and uncapped earnings
